As a therapist licensed in Massachusetts, I provide live talk therapy to any person that is seeking therapeutic support and resides in the state.
All of my sessions are conducted remotely, so potential clients must have access to a computer with internet access or mobile phone with connectivity in order to connect for sessions. Sessions can be done via video or audio/phone only.
Because my services are virtual, I can serve all areas of Massachusetts.
Important note: I do not provide emergency services. If you are having a mental health emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
Through my partner company, Grow Therapy, I am currently credentialed with most major commercial insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum Healthcare, and others -- for a complete list, please visit my Grow Therapy profile in the Links and Resources section.
Currently, I work with adults of any age, and all of my sessions are done virtually. The platform can differ depending on the agency you are booking through.
I have worked with teens and adolescents in the past and am still willing to do so if they are at least age 16. I also like to be upfront with parents and let them know that I provide the same confidentiality rules that my adult clients have: in short, this means that, unless your child decides to sign a release of information consent form giving me permission to share with you, everything discussed in session will be private.
The exception to the rule of confidentiality is if a client is in danger or hurting themselves or someone else; this applies to everyone.

If you don't have or don't want to use insurance, BetterHelp is an option. They charge a monthly subscription fee, but offer self-scheduling, 24/7 direct messaging, and options for video, audio, and text-based sessions. I am not current accepting clients on this platform, but there are many other great providers there!
